Nicole, known to many as Coco, is the baker behind Coco’s Cookies in Keller, Texas. She started baking young and turned it into a small business focused on fresh, classic cookies done right.

When she’s not baking, Coco can usually be found at Keller Middle School, reading a good book, spending time with friends, or cheering — and in between it all, she’s always back in the kitchen testing new recipes and baking fresh batches.

Coco’s Cookies is all about fun flavors, quality ingredients, and sharing something sweet with the local community.
